Assignment

You will do one “Cover” ad and one Article.  Instructions for the cover ad is listed below.  The Article can be your own creation but must be school appropriate.

Create an ad/cover for one of the following, your choice:  Book cover or CD cover for an Artist/ Band.  Your Ads must be a design of your own researched internet-photos, quotes, and titles totally from scratch.  Your Ads must be school appropriate. The following requirements for each ad are listed below:

Book or CD cover  ( 5/18 – 5/21)—–Use Photoshop

1. Document size 8.5 x 11
2. A background—(your original: one you’ve created)
3. A photo (may have smaller photos that shows other artists or the Book Author  included on the Cover)
4. A Title
5. A Quote——“this can to be your own made up Quote or a quote from the book or a song.
6.  Must be at least 9 layers
7. Be creative (design, styles, etc.)
8. Save document as “Book Cover or CD Cover ” in your Magazine folder.
9. Move the Cover and Article to your Yearlong Magazine
