• Search and find images for your cover
• Magazine coverage must have: a bar code, selling line(cost of magazine), dateline, Main image, Masthead, Main cover line, and 2 cover lines (see project packet p.2)
• Save document in Photoshop projects folder as Music Magazine cover_freestyle
• Add page to your yearlong magazine

• go to DD2 and copy Music Magazine Cover folder into your “PROJECTS” folder
• Do step-by-step

• Create another page for your magazine:  Using Lesson 12 as a reference, design something in Photoshop or InDesign that relates to your magazine(shapes, music notes, animal-shapes, flowers, letters, etc.) and then add the design as a page in your magazine.

• Create an article for your magazine highlighting a famous person that relates to your magazine (ex: businessman, hunter, musician, chef, model, etc.) article must include a Photo of the person.  The Article is to be of your own creation (no copyright—-cut & paste)

Using Photoshop create a clipping mask with pictures of things you like behind each letter of your class.  Example:  9th—  FRESHMAN,    10th–SOPHMORE,   11th– JUNIOR,  12th–SENIOR

Save your document in your Name folder as  whatever class you are in. ex: freshmen
